Dakotah Sausage Stuffer

The Dakotah Sausage Stuffer machines are used by home sausage makers everywhere. No parts to rust and  rugged enough to stand up to years of frequent use. Sausage making has never been easier as you use the Dakotah sausage stuffer to fill natural, beef, hog,  sheep,  collagen, and fibrous casings. Minimal 15 PSI water pressure does all the work. Efficient, light weight, easy to clean, and mostly a one-man operation. 

Optional Jerky Adapter produces two (1 1/8″ x 3/16″) strips of ground jerky at once or three (3/8″ diameter) snack sticks at once. Simply screw the optional adaptor head into the sausage stuffer, snap in the jerky insert to make ground jerky strips two at a time, the snack stick insert to make beef sticks or pepperoni sticks three at a time or the skinless sausage insert to make skinless franks two at a time. The Dakotah Sausage Stuffer will probably be the last sausage making equipment you will ever have to buy.
