Hunters Journey online hunting magazine was designed to bring you, the hunter, information to help you prepare for your next big do it yourself hunt. Whether its a short walk from the cabin, or a week long trip with just a sleeping bag and a tent on our backs, we are outdoorsman who take great pride in doing it ourselves. If there is an open season somewhere, we will find a way to make it to the field.

Here you can find all of the information and gear needed to plan and execute your very own do it yourself hunt. Don’t be afraid of adventure!

Our staff is an assembly of do it yourself hunting enthusiasts who live for the back country. We have released our first video on do it yourself bear hunting with more to follow!

Become one of our members and send in your photos or stories. Hunters Journey has reached world wide and we would like to see you become a part of it. Even though we like to bow hunt, we also like to hear about any success. No matter what you choose to hunt with, each has its own set of challenges.
